Fruit baked in custard with plum liqeur

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

Vanilla custard powder

Sugar (50 g)

3 eggs

60 g butter

1 cream (150 ml)

Milk (250 ml)

Honey

3 spoons of flour

Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

HOW TO DO THAT:

Put together about 150 ml of milk, flour and eggs and blend it. Then mix together the rest of the milk, cream, sugar and honey and bring the mixture to the boil. Once it is boiling, pour there also the mixture of milk, flour and eggs and stir it until it is thick.

Then take small baking bowls and put there little pieces of fruit and pour to every one of them a spoon of plum ligeur.

Preheat your oven for 180°. Place the custurd onto the fruit and bake it for 20 min.
