It's easy, guick, healthy and delicious!
SOUP
INGEDIENCES:
Broccoli
Bean pods
Kohlrabi
Coconut milk
Tofu
Onion
Olive oil
Broth
HOW TO DO THAT:
Cut onion finely and broccoli, bean pods, kohlrabi and tofu to small pieces. Then fry all on oilive oil for a minute. Pour in some broth, coconut milk and boil until veggies are done.
MAIN DISH
INGEDIENCES:
Tofu
Cut tomatoes
Eggplant
Curry
Mint
Rice
Sesame oil
HOW TO DO THAT:
Fry tofu and veggie (cut to small cubes) in a pot. Add 1/2 tea spoon of curry and cut tomatoes. Pour them in and boil for 5-10 minutes. Serve it with rice, freshly cut mint.
