Soup with tofu, spring onions, leek, potatoes, red beans and some cream

INGREDIENCES:
Tofu
Spring onions
Leek
Red beans
1 potatoe
Broth
Cream
HOW TO DO THAT:
Cut all ingerdiences - leek & spring onions finely, other then on little cubes. Then preheat oil on a pan and fry first cut onions and leek, then all veggies and tofu together. Pour in some broth (1/2 l) and cream (50ml) and boil it for 10 minutes. Then add also beans and boil for another 5 min.
Voila.
