Hello! Last night I had this delicious soup from fennel, tomatoes, peas and cream with dried tomatoes and fresh basil on top. And you gotta try it as well!
YOU NEED:
Tomatoes
Fennel
Peas
Shallot
Olive oil
Dried tomatoes
Basil
Broth
Cream
HOW TO COOK IT:
First fry finely cut shallots on a pan with olive oil. Then add fennel, tomatoes (cut to little pieces) and peas and fry all together for 2 minutes. Pour in some broth and boil it until fennel is soft. Then mix all with a mixer. Taste it - if needed, salt it and pepper it - and finally pour there some cream as well. Boil for another minute and then it's done.
