Millet grains + roasted tomatoes, kohlrabi and sweet potatoes with a crust from bread crumbs, parmes

Simple = (often) beautiful. And when is your beautiful & tasteful food done in less than 20 minutes. Well, that sounds great!

YOU NEED:

Millet grains

Vegetable broth

Tomatoes

Kohlrabi

Sweet potatoes

Herbs (fresh basil and oregano)

Milk

Prosciutto di Parma

HOW TO COOK IT:

First boil millet grains in a broth. Then cut tomatoes, kohlrabi and sweet potatoes and place them to roasting pan (one half –tomatoes, second half kohlrabi and potatoes). Once all there pour on it some milk and roast it in the oven for 15 min on 200°. Then sprinkle it with a mixture of parmesan, mozzarella, bread crumbs and herbs and roast it again until everything is soft inside and crispy on the surface.

Then serve it with prosciutto slices.

Voila.
