Vegetarian flat cakes? Yummy!

I can't help myself. This week I simply love fennel, sweet potatoes and zucchini. They are super TASTY and easy to cook with. So, today I present you: Sweet potatoe + zucchini and chilli flat cakes, roasted sweet potatoe and kohlrabi and pecorino cheese, yoghurt dip with cucumber and basil, beetroot + sweet potatoe + fennel puree with veggies.
SWEET POTATOE FLAT CAKES:
Peel sweet potatoe and then grate it. Once it's grated, mix the potatoes with 1-2 eggs and then add sesame seed, salt, pepper and 1/2 table spoon of curcuma. Shape the mixture to little flat cakes and roast them in the oven (180°, 10 min cca)
ZUCCHINI FLAT CAKES WITH CHILLI
Grate zucchini and once again mix it with some eggs. Cut also chilli peppers finely and add them to the mixture. Roast again in the oven.
You can eat these flat cakes with whatever you want. I had them with some yoghurt & basil dip, dip from rootbeet with fennel and sweet potatoe (since I really hate wasting food:)
