INGEREDIENCES:
Mince meat
Wild garlic
Onion
3 middle size carrots
5 potatoes
White radish
Spinach pesto
Leek
Rice flour
HOW TO PREPARE IT:
First boil 5 potatoes in peel. While they are boiling, mix together mince meat, finely cut wild garlic, diced onion and 2 grated carrots. And then make little dumplings. Also put 3rd carrot together with diced radish and leek and fry it on a pan with few spoons with water – salt it, pepper it. Once the veggies are soft, blend all precisely and press the mixture through a sieve. Keep the liquid from pressed in a one bowl, blended veggies in the other – you will add to your mash potatoes.
Once the potatoes are ready – peel them, mash them and add blended veggies. Then heat oil on a pan and quickly fry the meat.
Mix together also few spoons of rice flour and very cold water. Dip leek and stripes of white radish inside of this mixture and then fry it on very hot oil.
And…that’s it. Finally you can put all together. Voila!
